Booking Policy

A non-refundable booking retainer is required to reserve all sessions and events. This retainer secures your date and time and is applied toward your final balance.

Your session is not confirmed until the retainer has been received.

Retainer Requirements
Portrait, branding, and creative sessions require a $75 non-refundable retainer. Weddings and large events require a 30% non-refundable retainer based on the selected package.

Payment Terms
The remaining balance is due 7 days before your session or event. For weddings, final payment must be completed before the event date unless otherwise agreed.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
Retainers are non-refundable. One reschedule is allowed with at least 72 hours notice, subject to availability. Late cancellations or no-shows require a new retainer to rebook.

Important Notes
Your session time is reserved once the retainer is paid. Late arrivals may reduce session time. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation without refund.
